I had Sarasota Remodeling do my 2 bathrooms. The demo crew were great. They kept the rest of the home clean while they striped both bathrooms. Tilers and plumbing went great we made some changes based on a great recommendation by Ron. Overall I will hire them again to do further updates to my Condo.

High quality, friendly, and responsive family-owned and operated business. They gutted our 1960s home back to the studs and slab - we (they) moved nearly every interior wall and several exterior cement block walls. They coordinated and executed structural and mechanical updates (plumbing, electrical, AC, windows/doors, etc.) as well as the “fun” design/cosmetic updates (tile, flooring, cabinets, paint, countertops…). Have recommended to many friends.

Sarasota Remodeling and Design did an amazing job with our master suite remodel. Tim, our project manager, kept everything on track with great communication, and James, Bryan, and Bill were professional, skilled, and detail-oriented. Alfredo and crew did a great job with all the tile work. The whole team was responsive, fair with pricing, and delivered a beautiful finished product. Highly recommend!

Sarasota Remodeling performed a complete restoration/remodel on our home. The result is beautiful. Great experience. Excellent communication from initial contact, through estimating, contract finalization, work in progress and completion. They used a lot of their own staff to perform the work rather than sub contract out everything. Where they did bring in others such as plumbing and electrical they were always professional and reliable. As soon as the permit was approved we assigned a Project Manager who kept things on track and provided regular updates often on a daily basis. The inevitable issues were addressed quickly and fairly as were change orders that we requested during the project. Would definitely recommend Sarasota Remodeling.

Sarasota Remodeling is top notch! Ron was easy to work with when planning our project and has great ideas. They do excellent work. We love our remodel. Tim, our project manager, was amazing and great at communicating. He was wonderful to work with. All of the crew was polite and hardworking.
